The Keystone Lodge is in the lake/conference area and is the nicest of the 3 with full concierge service, spa service, restaurants, room service, etc.
The Keystone Inn at the mountain house is nice a mid-range hotel overlooking the mountain and a short walk to the slopes.
The Arapahoe Inn (www.arapahoeinn.com) is the budget option across Highway 6 from Mountain House. Still walkable, but not for small kids. The Arapahoe Inn also has the only pet-friendly and smoker-friendly rooms in Keystone with a few rooms set aside for this purpose.
