You have several choices depending on your mood, location and budget.

Dos Locos in the Mountain View Plaza on Hwy 6 has the lowest prices for happy hour (3pm-5pm). It's pretty much 75% locals and 25% tourists.

The Snake River Saloon is really great later at night with live music many nights and a 50/50 locals/tourist ratio. Bar and restaurant are separate here so you can have a quiet 4-star meal, then relax in the bar afterwards.

Kickapoos Tavern is the best scene in River Run by far. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. 10% locals/90% tourists and slope-side pricing. The best decor and by far the easiest to get to for anyone in River Run.
